Sponsorship (average processing time is 7 months)
One very common mistake is that poeple think that they cannot apply to sponsor their wife or husband unless the Canadian person sponsoring lives in Canada, that is not true as you can sponsor your wife or husband even if you are not living in Canada, you only have to proof in the sponsorhip application that you have the intention to re establish yourself in Canada once your spouse gets his or her immigration visa.
Please be informed that the expected time is around 4 - 6 months to be interviewed by an immigration officer, or to be waived from the interview.
Steps
- We prepare a contract and a power of attorney authorizing our firm to process your file, (this contract contains obligations that fall on you and others that fall on us, our main obligation consists of us guaranteeing your positive interview with the immigration officer (if requested), if not then all what you have paid us will be fully refunded to you unless the officer was not convinced that both you or your spouse have the intention of moving to Canada once he or she gets the immigration visa.
- Upon starting the process, the first payment which is 1200 USD is due
- Afterwards, we'll start our communication to enable you prepare all documents needed
- We will process your file after we collect your documents; we will process your application to the Mississauga processing centre in Canada and will get a partial approval within 39 days (this is when you pay your second payment of 1000 USD)
- Your file will be transferred to the designated Canadian Embassy and you will be issued a file number accordingly
- From the date you receive your file number, it will take an average of 4 months to attend an interview, we will train you very well to make sure you pass the interview, this is when you pay your last payment of 1700 USD) and your immigrant visa will be issued accordingly.
